About Grado Construction
What sets us apart… from other contractors is our genuine concern for the overall success of our clients. We think of ourselves as team members and are there to make meaningful contributions to the success of the team. We ask a lot of questions in order for us to understand your big picture and how we fit into it. We look at how we can add our experience in development and construction to create value and resolve problems.
Because when you succeed, we all succeed.
We bring over 60 years of various types of construction and development experience and success to the project. Our “commercial” experience includes retail, industrial, non-profit, health-care, restaurant, and office but we also bring experience building residential homes and communities, public/government buildings, education, and non-profit facilities. This rounded knowledge of all aspects of development and building is one more reason how we are different from typical commercial builders.
